Particlarly welcoming to women artists, the Grand Bend Arts Retreat lies just outside of the summer magnet of Grand Bend, Ontario. A 10 minute drive to the famous Pinery Provincial Park and with a small grounds and comfortable studio working space, it has everything you need to find inspiration and direction for your next art project.

The space is quiet and accessible for the Grand Bend neighbourhood, where there is plenty of accommodation available year round. Take some time to stroll with Rachel Smith, the resident artist, in the perfect sand dunes of the Carolinian Forest, wander through history at the Lambton Heritage Museum or gather materials and sketch outdoors.

There are endless ways to engage in the neighbourhood but best of all there is access to the full arts studio of Rachel Smith - with space to spread out and create available to all our students.

Looking for time and space to develop your own work? Need a bit of guidance but not full instruction? Looking for a quiet but accessible space to develop new ideas?

Make time to develop and create under your own steam. Finish that project you have been working on, develop the idea that's been in your head for years.
